​We are musicians, stop motion animators, and filmmakers based in Rockland, Maine. We tell honest stories that critique, transform, disrupt, and celebrate the world around us. Our creative process spans a variety of disciplines and includes playing, recording, and arranging music; filming; researching and collecting data both in and out of the field; interviewing; and animating, one frame at a time! Our practice is inspired by our surroundings and the beauty, surprise, and resilience of the natural world. As classically trained musicians, we have spent much of our lives immersed in the nuances of articulation, harmony, and pulse; chasing perfection in a craft that we believe is ultimately about inspiring people to explore the depths of the human experience and our places in the wider world. As artists, we seek to create works that extend beyond the boundaries of language: inspiring people to experience themselves and the world around them in new and surprising ways.
